We always suggest that commission should not be the deciding factor when selecting someone to sell your home. The right agent can be the difference between an okay price and an exceptional one so the whole service needs to be considered. What we do believe is that with the increase in property values over the last few years* has meant there is room for a fairer fee. Our agents still perform and are well rewarded but the best thing is our vendors keep more of their money in their pocket.

The nature of modern real estate is that meetings are often held in private offices, in the homes of our customers/clients or a local cafe while large portion of the background work is generated and measured online, keeping costs down. We meet where it’s convenient for you and bring our technology with us. We still have a base to work from but keep this to the minimum necessary – and pass those savings on to you.
